And this marks the last time we see our mystery woman for this chapter. This storyline isn't quite over just yet, we'll touch back on it before the chapter wraps up, but this does mark the last of her for now. It won't be too long before she shows up again, and we'll have heard her name by the time she does.
So, as a whole, pretty happy with this sequence. It was kind of a learning experience in how to write with no dialogue, and I think the next time we have something like this it'll be a bit more smooth and easier to follow.
Think this is also the last we see of Marina for now. Jason will be showing up again before the chapter's done, but I believe that's the last she appears for the time being. I dunno, I don't have the best memory of the specifics of the scripts I write, so maybe she pops up in a stray panel or something. This is the last thing of note she does, though.
That being said, we still have eleven pages to go and we still have yet to properly meet Erac Day. That'll be happening within a few pages, and I hope everyone's eager since I really enjoy writing for him so far.
God, what a page to go out on for Paint. Can really see how much effort Martin put into this on for the coloring. Thankfully Manga Studio will make pages like this way, way easier in the future. ^^
Not much else to say about the page, though. Actually remembered to have Jason use that staff thingie for his Solstice Form. The script in this had me list Marina's escape to similar to how she appeared in the first chapter, so actually had to go back and look that up.
wow, you have so many pages for both this and wright as rayne, keep it up your artwork has improved comparing this and your earlier pages :)
Heh, glad you think so. We have even more over at http://blue-blood-heroes.thecomicseries.com if you want to give that a look too.
Talk about going out with a flash, great page guys.
Glad you think so. Pun took me a sec to get.
