You can beat her, Brick! Your hair is too fabulous to defeat!
Yeah, not much to say here. Was an easy page despite sounding like it'd be tougher on paper; heavy dialog means I can usually be lazy. ^^ Do like the use of DeGroot on the jumbo screen; very memorable and theatric.
Not sure how much I've got to say on this one - very text-heavy and all. Actually kind of wish there wasn't as much as there is, but at least don't think the current chapters have been too bad about it.
Oh, there is the mention of the Patriot Initiative's generals, that's worth drawing attention to. If you read Wright as Rayne or check our DA page you've seen some of them - specifically Mr. Atlanta, Jake Cassidy, and Leith Paxton. They and the other three also end up appearing later on in this chapter and we get to hear a little bit from some of them.
The need's passed by now but I really wish I'd gotten it together on doing Brick's windows. Them being a dark grey like that from the outside makes sense given the dialogue here, but them being that color when seeing the inside of it was just being lazy and not thinking.
Way to go Misty, punch a hole in Brick's overinflated ego, wonder what's going to happen next.
Heh, hopefully you'll enjoy where it's heading.
