Yeah, one goal of sorts with this was to cut back right in the middle of the fight already going on, with a hectic air about everything. Don't really know how well the latter point came through on this page, but think the next page in conjunction with it helps. Speaking of I need to focus on some WaR coloring later, pulled hard ahead on Blues the other day but now WaR's been sliding.
Not sure what all specifically I have to say on this one but hopefully everyone will enjoy it. I kind of feel like this leg of the chapter's been suffering somewhat art-wise from the focus that's been needing to go into Blues. Kind of hard to draw two cluttered, chaotic fight scenes at once and all.
Yeah, I dunno what else I've got. We're two and a half weeks from the 700th page, though it's not really anything that special since under the circumstances I don't see it as much of a benchmark. Still hoping people will enjoy that page for what it is though.
Yeah, enjoyed this one but not much to say. Think it looks pretty great in color. Will say that due to certain bits me and especially Martin have had enough of doing fire.
I love that pose Ozais and Lara are in in the first panel. Martin linked me to that specifically with it in mind for the panel.
And apparently WaR-Jake has turned into this comic's Lois Lane; a suicidal reporter who has to get a story even if it means endangering the lives of herself and those around her. I've honestly thought it was weird the comic DIDN'T have a person like that until now.
