Heh... On the phone and don't entirely remember what this page was so comments're likely gonna be a bit iffy. ^^
The page DOES come just before a major step forward in art, so is that. Bit of a let-down as a result, really.
I will say, this does kinda address something I'd been wondering about throughout the chapter. At one point I asked Martin, "Isn't Alex being a bit of a dick for ignoring how obviously annoyed Lillian is?" He pointed out he's just trying to have a good day after the last disaster, which is alluded to here. ^^
Yeah, intention was always to have Alex address it eventually, just for the most part, he's just been trying to have a good day and not really entirely worrying so much about all of this. Of course, now he's addressing it.
This scene's hard to comment on really. One, it's several pages worth of talking so isn't that much to take note of at the moment or visuals to focus on, other than I guess pointing out that tiled floor which took a little bit to do though not that much so. Two, it's mostly pretty self-explanatory what all's going on with it.
Am quite happy with how this whole exchange comes out, though. Moreso for the next couple of pages than this one, which get more into the meat of things, but think this is a good start and hope those reading agree.
